Albane Dersy is a French entrepreneur and business leader, best known as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Inbolt, a robotics company that builds AI-powered models for smarter robots.
She holds degrees from France's two best universities, HEC Paris and École Polytechnique, and early in her career worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. In 2018, she founded Inbolt to address industrial automation challenges—specifically by enabling robots to adapt in real time to dynamic production environments using Inbolt's breakthrough real-time pose estimation model.
Under her leadership, Inbolt has deployed its solution across over 40 factories on multiple continents and gained recognition for innovation—among other honors, Albane was selected as one of “10 Women Shaping the Future of Robotics in 2025". She always prefer being in the shop floor in automotive factories than sitting at her desk and will often wear steel toed shoes for after work drinks.

G Neil Haven has founded, or co-founded, three technology companies: Autospect Inc., Fiberdent Inc., and Liberty Robotics Inc. He specializes in automation and signal-processing algorithm design using information-theoretic techniques for data fusion and maximum likelihood formulations, approximation techniques for NP-hard problems, and time-space optimizations for the above. Mr. Haven's (and Liberty Robotic's) first experience designing and implementing a vision-guided real time robot control system was 15 years ago on a 7th axis rail using a custom Model Predictive Control algorithm with a 3 msec model update cycle and robot response latencies an order of magnitude slower. At the time, the control system could track random accelerations on the order of 800 mm/sec/sec with maximum following errors of less than 1 mm.
