Are you working in machine vision or sensing and have insights to share? We invite you to submit a proposal to present.
Topics of particular interest for 2026 include:
Presentations must be non-promotional, with a preference for panels that highlight real-world applications or explore topics of broad interest to the vision technology community. We also welcome proposals for educational content, such as short-format courses or tutorials (approximately one hour), designed to deliver practical knowledge and insights.
Application areas of focus:
These focus areas are meant to guide, not limit, presentation requests—we also welcome proposals that explore emerging technologies relevant to the field of vision tech.
Deadline for presentation proposals: 9 July 2025.
Please note that submitting a proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the final program. Have questions? Contact us at innovations@spie.org.
Join us at the inaugural Vision Tech Forum, debuting in January 2026 at SPIE Photonics West. This event is a unique opportunity to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of intelligent imaging and sensing, rooted in the SPIE legacy of optics and photonics leadership.
Participate in the future of imaging, sensing, and AI-driven optical systems. The Forum will include free presentations and educational opportunities and is your chance to share what’s working, what’s changing, and what’s next.
20–22 January 2026
As Photonics West grows, we've created an opportunity for attendees to specifically connect with suppliers of vision, sensing, and imaging technologies. Gain insights and partnerships at this West Coast exhibition and reach a global audience.
Attendees: If you're scouting the innovations that will shape next-gen products and systems, this is where they’ll be on display.
On the exhibition floor, you'll find the tools and systems reshaping how industries inspect, automate, and understand the world:
Whether you're evaluating solutions or identifying future capabilities, you'll find the innovations that matter.
