Breaking Through the Noise: Navigating Career Challenges with Confidence
15 April 2026 • 12:00 - 13:00 CEST | Galerie De Landsberg (Niveau/Level 1)
Join us for an energizing Lunch and Learn dedicated to supporting and advancing women in science. This interactive discussion will explore some of the most common challenges women face in optics and photonics including imposter syndrome, navigating career pathways, and maintaining a healthy work–life balance. The session will also discuss the role of meaningful allyship in creating more inclusive, supportive scientific communities. We’ll share practical strategies for building inner resilience, offer insider tips on positioning yourself for promotion and long‑term success, and highlight ways allies can actively contribute to equity and empowerment.
Whether you're early in your career or looking to take the next step, this session creates a supportive space to reflect, learn, and connect with others committed to equity and empowerment in scientific careers.
