SPIE Photonics Europe is an important cross-disciplinary event featuring research and innovation from AR/VR and biophotonics to lasers and quantum technologies.
SPIE Optical Systems Designs will again be co-located with this event which will offer content for technicians, engineers, researchers, and managers who participate in instrumental optics at all levels: design, specification, production, and testing.
This symposium gathering in Strasbourg, France will be the thirteenth in a series in Europe. This year marks the 21st anniversary of this event and continues to provide an interdisciplinary forum where researchers and engineers from academia and industry can meet to help bring the frontiers of science into practice.
Get face-to-face feedback from your colleagues in an interdisciplinary forum. The symposium represents an excellent opportunity to stay informed and further the debate the latest (and future) developments in optics and photonics technologies—from digital optics to quantum technologies to optical imaging, sensing, and metrology. Additional topics include THz photonics, 3D printed optics, photonic glasses, photosensitive materials, and biophotonics.
There is no doubt that Strasbourg is an ideal host for SPIE Photonics Europe—it is our hope that you will consider sharing your research in Strasbourg in April of 2026.
